
The Parade
Set in the heart of Shrewsbury in a stylish Grade II listed building, The Parade is home to a collection of unique, independent shops, businesses and eateries on two floors overlooking the River Severn.
In April 2025 we took on the part-time social media management of The Parade Shops, developing and curating a new social media and comms offer that reflects not only The Parade as a unique shopping destination, but also an historic landmark in the town.
Some of the key achievements in the first 6 months include:
Successfully enhanced The Parade’s online presence and
brand equity with a carefully curated series of features and posts, increasing followers by over 800 on Instagram and Facebook.
Helped elevate one of our featured businesses with video content that engaged and converted, increasing their social media following by 50% (750) over 3 weeks and increased their sales by 220%.
Content views exceeding Shrewsbury's entire population of 75,000 4 times over, with over 171,807 on Instagram and 149,687 on Facebook.
Contributed to The Parade achieving 100% shop rental occupancy. Achieved by showcasing The Parade as a unique, welcoming and easily accessible retail space.

When we took over The Parade Instagram and Facebook accounts they had been dormant for over 6 months and were suffering from very low engagement and profile.
We immediately put together a plan to develop and nurture a new online community, achieved by organically building brand awareness and increasing engagement. The results were instantaneous.

An example of this would be our video reel to help launch the new licensed gallery from Studio 67 in August.
A video that within 48 hours had organically achieved:
Over 650 likes
Over 700 new followers
Over 20k views
Over 140 comments
A multitude of shares and follow up stories from other local social media outlets
In the following 3 weeks Studio 67 Lates sales increased by 220% and they are now full every weekend.
